Food for today
1.6 Litre Orange/Pineapple Juice (freshly made)
Water
Green tea
Chai tea --black
Basic workout + Yoga today
Juiced up tonight ahead for tomorrow
Pink grapefruit/celery juice
Orange/lemon/lime/pear/strawberry juice
I made like 2.5 Litres..canned..in the fridge..voila!
