Top section we have, bed of spinach, with mushrooms-- marinated well and the greens massaged down.
Tomato salsa-- chunky with a little mushroom, spring onion and crushed nuts
Base is courgette/zuchini pasta with greens, tomato and pumpkin seeds!
One complete Tiffin!!

I've been thinking of getting a tiffin for a while now, but was worried about carrying it about (I walk to work everyday) and leakage and if dressings react with the metal... all sorts of questions! How are you finding it? Do you recommend it?
In response, not leaking No. Not had any reactions, took pasta in it. Taken truffles and chocolates in it also. Will be great for xmas..taking it home with raw nuts, seeds and chocolate to keep me going!!
